The observatory is at an elevation of 1048 meters. During clear weather， you can enjoy an expansive view of the Nasu Mountains， Mt. Yamizo， and the Kanto Basin. It is also known for its spectacular night view. It is the 100th of the “Lover’s Sanctuary” sites.“

Nasu Area
